SagePoint Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is Elk Grove's premier provider for mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
Both daytime & evening programs, accepts most insurance!

Positioned between residential inpatient treatment and individual therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer a structured, semi-intensive level of care for the treatment of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.

IOPs allow clients to live at home during recovery; and provide a more highly structured program than standard outpatient programs. This allows clients to continue normal daily activities, including family commitments, work or school, as they participate in 9 hours of group therapy each week. This multi-disciplinary treatment approach is highly effective for supporting those with substance use disorders and addictions.

Our skilled clinical team provides discreet, high-quality care in a welcoming environment. The program, meeting 3 times a week for 3 hours, accommodates work and home commitments.
