The Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Elk Grove Class of 2024 is inviting you to join us to support of the Elk Grove Teen Center.

Join us on Tuesday, August 27th from 6pm to 8pm at Slow and Low Smokehouse BBQ for a fun-filled evening to support our local teens! Let's make a difference together!

We're hosting a fundraiser to build a new computer lab and music area at the Teen Center USA.  Enjoy delicious food, great company, prize giveaways and opportunity to bid on awesome silent auction items!! Slow and Low Smokehouse BBQ will donate a portion of the night’s food and beverage sales to our efforts.  

Your generous donation will provide essential resources for our community's youth. Bring your friends, family and colleagues for a fun event.  Let's create a brighter future together!

The 2024 Leadership Elk Grove cohort has chosen to support a local nonprofit organization, The Elk Grove Teen Center, with the design and development of a computer lab and music area for the 300 youth who attend their afterschool program weekly.  We are excited to support their mission to “Communicate the importance of education, public responsibility, physical fitness and faith to young people.”  With a new computer lab onsite, teens can access additional academic resources during Homework Help, begin exploring career opportunities online and enhance their computer skills needed for employment. By creating space for music at the Teen Center, we will develop a more inclusive space for youth with various creative interests and platform for expression.   
 
Your contribution and support will elevate the Elk Grove Teen Center’s physical space, enhance access to tools that support their academics, creative skills, career opportunities, and increase their opportunities for success.
